SCHEDULE A RIDE WITH GIFT!

HOURS OF OPERATION: 

Monday - Wednesday: 6 a.m. to 9 p.m.

Thursday - Friday: 6 a.m. to 11 p.m.

Saturday: 7 a.m. to 11 p.m.
Sunday: CLOSED 
The fare for the after-hours service (9 p.m. to 11 p.m.) is $10 per ride.

SCHEDULE A RIDE:

Users can easily schedule a ride using the GIFT On-demand app or by calling the phone center in advance at (208) 999-GIFT (4438). The app is available for download on the Apple App Store or Google Play with QR codes down below. 
 

Our Cancellation Policy:

Scheduled ride

• No refunds

•  

On-demand ride

• Rider must cancel before the driver is on the way to the pickup location

• Five (5) minute grace period after requesting your ride

AREA OF SERVICE: GIFT provides service within the City of Idaho Falls boundaries. Please recognize that your destination may have Idaho Falls in it but it's not within the city.  The easiest way to know if your destination or pick-up location is within city limits is to download the app and enter the address.

We have the opportunity to expand service to Bonneville County and the City of Ammon. Contact the Bonneville County Commissioners and/or the Ammon City Council and tell them you'd like their entity to invest in GIFT!
